Congratulations on securing your spot in the FMX 2027 VIP Experience. The VIP Experience is a curated, high-touch program designed to connect you directly with our partners. To ensure a meaningful experience for all attendees, partners, and FMX staff, the following terms apply.

Delegate Information
VIP attendees are required to submit all requested delegate information in advance of the event. This information is used to schedule your partner meetings and tailor the experience to your goals. Incomplete or missing information may result in forfeiture of your VIP placement.

Partner Meeting Attendance
VIP attendees are required to attend all scheduled partner meetings on:

Meeting times, locations, and partner pairings will be sent in advance. Attendance at every scheduled meeting is mandatory. If a conflict arises, please notify Abigail Haberski as soon as possible so adjustments can be made.

Optional VIP Programming
The Melinda's Alley Speakeasy event is optional. Attendance is encouraged but not required.

Code of Conduct VIP attendees are expected to engage professionally and respectfully with FMX team members, partners, and fellow attendees throughout all VIP programming.
