Thank you for sponsoring the FMX 2027 Conference. Your partnership makes this event possible. Please review the following terms carefully before finalizing your sponsorship.

Payment
Sponsorship payment is due in full 45 days prior to the event start date.  Additionally, once 50% of the fee is paid, we will update our marketing materials to include your sponsorship. 

Cancellation Policy
Sponsorship fees are non-refundable. This includes (but is not limited to) costs associated with:

• Venue and event production
• Printed and digital marketing materials
• Branded signage and on-site assets
• Pre-event promotional campaigns
• Partner and staff coordination

We understand that emergencies happen. If you encounter an unforeseen situation, please reach out to Abigail Haberski directly to discuss options. Any accommodations are made at the sole discretion of FMX and are not guaranteed.

Sponsor Deliverables
Sponsors are responsible for submitting all required deliverables (logos, copy, booth materials, attendee lists, etc.) by the deadlines provided in your sponsorship welcome packet. Late submissions may result in reduced visibility or forfeiture of certain benefits.

Delegate Information & Attendee Names (Platinum & Diamond)
Sponsors are required to submit company information and meeting selection information by the deadlines provided in the sponsorship welcome packet. This information is used to curate and schedule 1:1 business meetings.

Sponsors must supply the names of all attending executives no later than four (4) weeks before the first date of the event. Delays or failure to provide required attendee information or documentation may be treated as a breach of the sponsorship agreement.

FMX reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse access to the event (or any portion of it) to any of the Sponsor's attendees. In such a case, it is the Sponsor's responsibility to supply a replacement attendee acceptable to FMX. Failure to do so will not result in any refund, in whole or in part.

Business Meetings & Appointment Scheduling (Platinum & Diamond)
FMX will make best efforts to honor Sponsor requests in scheduling 1:1 business meetings but reserves the right to set, change, and reassign appointments as it deems necessary. This sponsorship agreement is not contingent on the scheduling of appointments with any specific individual.

FMX will schedule the number of meetings outlined in your sponsorship package. FMX cannot and does not accept responsibility for appointments not kept by either party. If an appointment is missed for any reason, FMX will make reasonable attempts to secure a rescheduled or replacement meeting; however, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for missed or unkept meetings.

Use of VIP Attendee Contact Information
VIP Attendee contact details and any materials, lists, or data provided to Sponsors by FMX (whether before, during, or after the event) are for the internal use of the Sponsor only. Sponsors agree not to sell, repurpose, share, or distribute any such information to a third party without the express advance written permission of FMX in each instance.

Unauthorized contact with confirmed delegates in advance of the event is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of the Sponsor's booking, with no refund issued.
Substitution

If your designated representative is unable to attend, you may substitute another team member at no additional cost. Please notify FMX of any substitutions at least one (1) week prior to the event.

​​​​​​​Code of Conduct
Sponsors, on behalf of themselves and each of their attendees, agree to abide by all event rules, codes of conduct, and venue requirements. FMX reserves the right to cancel a Sponsor's booking or the attendance of any individual attendee for conduct that interferes with or obstructs the event, including but not limited to unauthorized delegate contact, late payment, or failure to abide by event rules.
