Book your flights

  • Fly into: Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), a short ride from downtown.
  • Arrive by: Wednesday afternoon if you're joining the 4:30pm kickoff, or by 11am if you booked a Wednesday FMX Lab (you'll be notified prior if the labs are on your schedule)
  • Fly out: Friday afternoon or later. Sessions end at noon, and Friday Labs run until 3pm (you'll be notified prior if the labs are on your schedule)
  • Getting downtown: we recommend rideshare or taxi! Feel free to ping the FMX team about when you're getting in; we'd be happy to share a ride!

VIP is limited and first come, first served (one per organization). It's $900 and includes:

  • Dedicated meetings with FMX Diamond & Platinum Partners, Thursday 1:30 to 4:30pm
  • An exclusive VIP FMX Labs session

  • 1:1 time with FMX leadership

The speakeasy

Our first 50 registrants get into Melinda's in the Alley, our exclusive happy hour on Thursday before we head to Chase Field. If you said yes to saving your spot at registration, you're on the list. This is also included for all VIPs!

  • Wednesday, February 3: 11am to 4pm (book a slot)
  • Thursday, February 4: 1:30 to 4:30pm (open Labs, just drop in)
  • Friday, February 5: 12 to 3pm (book a slot)

You'll be assigned a specific slot before the conference. Keep an eye on your app!

You can update your registration any time before the event, including your breakout sessions, Labs time slot, dietary needs, shirt size and speakeasy RSVP.

  2. Log in with the email you registered with and the password you created (forgot it? reset it here)
  3. Make your changes and save. You'll get an updated confirmation email

Cancellations: cancellations after December 29, 2026 do not qualify for a refund. Check out our terms and conditions!

  • Dress code: business casual. Wear your organization's gear and represent!
  • Weather: Phoenix in early February usually runs in the 60s to low 70s during the day and the 40s at night, so bring a layer for the rooftop and Chase Field.
  • Comfortable shoes, a reusable water bottle, and business cards
  • Feel free to bring your computer to ask questions during FMX Labs
  • Are you an FMXcelerator? Be sure to show off your pin!

The Unite27 app launches [APP LAUNCH DATE]. Log in with a magic link sent to your email or with your registration password. Your agenda, sessions and updates will all live there.
